Inspired by the band’s iconic ballad of the same name, this unique launch is made by expertly blending light, fruity Irish Whiskey with a full flavour English Whisky. It has been matured in Bourbon casks to give a rich vanilla and toffee finish.

On the nose you’ll get sweet vanilla and rich oak, balanced with a delicious sweet fruity maltiness. The taste offers rich wood spice and sweet corn, balance with sweet malt, vanilla and citrus spice. The finish is long and lingering with final notes of sweet vanilla and toffee.

A blend of English, Scottish and Welsh Whiskies, matured in first fill Bourbon and American virgin oak barrels. Spiced rye notes with sweet vanilla taste. Sourced from Aber Falls, Bankhall and Bonington distilleries. 70cl 40%Abv.

On the palate, experience sweet sherry notes with dried fruit and spice, complemented by forest fruit flavours, creamy malt, nuts, dark chocolate and espresso. Enjoy a long and lingering dried fruit finish with a subtle sense of spice.
